Challenge
Cook County Forest Preserves aimed to attract more visitors and refine the park experience for them. They wanted to make all of the necessary information about local green areas accessible as well as provide users with the ability to search by location, activity, or events.
Solution
Intersog created two native mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The software solution provided the robust functionality required, including the following features:

Results
With the help of the app, more people have been encouraged to visit local parks in the Preserves’ regions. At the same time, visitors appreciated the complete info about the area and the opportunity to follow local events. GPS and detailed maps allowed them to feel more confident exploring the territory.
In general, the app got a very positive response. The most popular functions were search, maps, and activity calendar.
