To tackle this challenge, Pyxos teamed up with Intersog to create an AI-powered data and privacy compliance co-pilot. This innovative tool automates policy drafting, evaluates overlapping privacy laws, and accelerates decision-making. By leveraging AI, Pyxos aimed to simplify the complexity of privacy regulations, enabling businesses to confidently expand into new markets while future-proofing their compliance efforts.
Solution
Intersog assembled a team of four engineers to bring Pyxos' vision to life. Over a year of close collaboration, they developed an AI-powered co-pilot that surpassed expectations.
This co-pilot simplifies compliance by:
- Automating policy drafting with AI that offers real-time suggestions based on best practices.

The solution is built on Google Cloud Run for scalability and efficiency, with the option for on-premises deployment to ensure maximum privacy and security. Its multi-tenant architecture securely manages multiple clients, while advanced AI capabilities, powered by OpenAI APIs, LlamaIndex, and LangChain, deliver real-time insights and guidance.
Implementation
The project began with the creation of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in just one month, proving the potential of the AI-powered compliance co-pilot. After the MVP phase, the team spent four months refining and enhancing the tool, which led to a successful launch.
A custom Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system, developed in collaboration with a third-party team, was seamlessly integrated into the main co-pilot application. Using Google Cloud Functions and PostgreSQL with vector extensions, this system allows Pyxos’ customers to easily analyze their privacy policies and receive tailored insights.
Throughout development, Pyxos’ CTO maintained full confidence in Intersog's abilities, fostering a collaborative and independent workflow. This trust allowed for a smooth integration of diverse skills, ultimately delivering a solution that exceeded expectations.
